To be eligible, you must notify us in writing with clear reasons and supporting evidence within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • You have approved the final project or it has been deployed/live.

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service.

  • Delays caused by incomplete client input, communication gaps, or third-party dependencies.

  • Work already completed that matches the project scope and deliverables.

  • Domain registration, hosting, third-party integrations, or plugin costs (as they are non-recoverable).

3. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted based on:

  • Work completed vs. work remaining

  • Specific service packages

  • Project progress

All such cases are evaluated individually at the discretion of Digiwave IT LLC.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • The service purchased

  • Detailed reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Resolution Process

If a refund is approved:
